How it Works
1 - Book Online
The first step is simple—just book your uplighting online. Choose the quantity you want, select your event date, and complete your order quickly and securely online.
The online booking form will tell you when the lights will be delivered and when they need to be returned. We also have the option for the lights to be delivered earlier or on a pre-12 morning delivery as well as the option to drop them at a DPD shop or collected directly from you.
2 - Delivery
The lights will be sent out via DPD. Each box contains 10 lights and a remote. These can be sent to you or direct to your venue. We use DPD to deliver the lights and they should send you a text with a 1 hour window on the day of your delivery.
3 - Setup & Party
Setting up the uplighters is quick and easy with no technical knowledge needed. Simply place each light where you want it, switch it on, and use the remote to choose your colour. With no wires or plugs, you can position them anywhere for the perfect effect.
Step 4 - Return
Returning the lights is simple and flexible. After your event, pack them back in the original box and drop them off at a DPD Pickup Shop using the pre-paid label, or choose our direct collection service and we’ll arrange for a courier to collect them straight from your door.

All of our packages require a £75 security deposit per 10 lights, in addition to the price. So long as everything is returned on time and in the same condition as per our terms and conditions this is then refunded after the hire.

How long does the battery last?
The battery’s are designed to last at least 8 hours.
Can I book a different quantity of lights?
We only book the lights in multiples of 10. If you require more than 30 please contact us and we can quote you for this.
Do they come with a charger?
We do not send chargers, the lights come fully charged ready to use.
How big are the lights?
The lights are approximately 17cm tall by 10cm wide.
How large is the box?
Each box holds 10 lights and is 53 x 36 x 25cm, weighing about 10kg.
Where is my nearest DPD drop-off point?
You can find your nearest drop off point here.
How long do they take to setup?
The lights take a few minutes to setup a full room. You simply turn them on using the switch, place them around the room and set the colour on the remote. Watch the video here.
Are the lights PAT tested?
As the lights are battery powered they do not require a PAT test.
