Your billing address is used for delivery unless you select a different address. Stripe will also ask you to confirm your card’s billing details.
We pre-authorise your hire payment while we check availability. We aim to confirm within one working day. Payment is taken when confirmed; if unavailable, the hold is released.
These additional charges are set out in our terms and conditions. Some situations may incur more than one charge. For example, lights not ready for return may incur both a failed collection charge and a late return charge.
